DNFT Chiropractor to stay in Colorado Springs!

Ari Baby

Hello everyone, I am pleased to announce I will be continuing to practice gentle, long lasting DNFT chiropractic in Colorado Springs for the indefinite future. We are sill moving and I'm still farming but I will be coming back every 4-6 weeks with my wife, Dr. Faith to work and visit family. Many of you know I have been in Utah for the last month and a half slaving away as a novice farmer and home remodeler. There is much humility to be appreciated being a novice. At least a few times a day I am finding this out. Whether it is breaking implements, growing mostly weeds in the garden and … [Read more...]

Utah Permaculture: Jumping onto Nature’s Momentum

Utah Amaranth

Utah Heirloom Gardening and Orchard Production I suspect I will be grateful for generations for being introduced to the profound, simple and productive world of permaculture (permanent agriculture) land principals and design. When an idea whose time has come arrives, there is little stopping or even became apparent, I started ordering and buying a bunch of seeds. So many seeds in fact, my wife has cut me off for this season. The big question of how to grow, manage, record keep and save all these different plants kept nagging my subconscious. I have been researching small niche market … [Read more...]

Practice Changes and Practice Member Update March 13, 2011

Ari Jonathan Leusden, March 2011

In the freedom years of high school and early college, I can remember thinking about the big questions of my life: who do I want to be, what do I want to contribute and how do I want want to live. The consistent answers to these questions always involved helping others and living sustainably. Helping others is a sincere joy and I certainly plan on continuing to work in my field and pursue my professional ambition. Living sustainably is a significant challenge in today's society. We have been raising chickens, growing a small garden and dreaming about planting fruit trees and, much to my … [Read more...]

Spondylolisthesis and DNFT® Chiropractic

A long time patient of mine has given me a testimonial regarding her experience with DNFT® Chiropractic in my office. This woman was one of my first clients in my first office and has been seeing me since for regular maintenance visits as needed. I will let her tell her story: I have a condition called spondylolisthesis (a stress fracture in one of my lumbar vertebra) which has caused me progressively worsening lower back pain since I was 16. I initially sought treatment from a chiropractor who employed “traditional” chiropractic methods. The adjustments themselves caused me pain and … [Read more...]

The Second DNFT™ Chiropractic Treatment

Colorado Springs chiropractor, spine specialist, light force chiropractic adjustments.

I just finished and posted a web page detailing the second Directional Non-Force Technique® (D.N.F.T.® Chiropractic) office visit.  This treatment oppertunity is usually scheduled within a week of the first visit. In most cases, the majority of the work and adjustments and done during the first appointment has held. There may be times when some residual or deeper layers are revealed within the regions address in the first visit but for the most part, we find the body holds on to the adjustments really well. We know we are making progress when we find the only areas needing to be … [Read more...]
